DESCRIPTION:The Lehigh Valley Society for Human Resources Management hosts Andrea Swinton in a new and innovative conversation on how to expand your capacity to relate to employees through these demands. hosts an in-person event. HR demands today are rapidly changing in order to keep up with a world of dynamic societal movement. This session is about becoming inclusive\, and we will begin by examining what inclusion really is—though it has become an HR buzzword\, we will look at the broad spectrum of differences that require attention in order to maintain equitable employee practices. \n  \nIn this session\, we will work on developing our awareness of said differences in order to build inclusive relationships and to notice when inclusion is not working\, thus eroding employee cohesion. \nRegister by June 10\, 2022.
