SUMMARY:DEI Roundtable: Inclusive Language: Communication That Fosters Belonging
DESCRIPTION:The words we use matter\, and inclusive language is constantly evolving. How can you use words in your workplace interactions and external communication that advance rather than obstruct progress toward fostering inclusive cultures where we work? This DEI roundtable will take a deeper look at how the language we use can lead to a greater sense of belonging and pride\, as well as mistakes made. This panel discussion is for leaders at any level and in any role who are committed to fostering more diverse\, equitable\, and inclusive organizations.\nModerated by Dr. Chris Hunt (He/Him/His)\, Vice President and Dean for Equity and Inclusion\, Moravian University
