Join the Blue Zones Project Allentown Community Kick-Off on Sat, Apr 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM at PPL Center for a day of fun as we explore health and well-being. This in-person, FREE event will launch our community’s transformation; come learn more about the Blue Zones Project and how you can get involved in creating a healthier, happier Allentown.
At this event we will explore, learn, and play:
- LEARN about local resources, services, and programs available in your community
- EXPLORE the Blue Zones Power 9 throughout the event
- EAT wisely-enjoy free tasty and healthy bites throughout the event
- MOVE naturally with free activities like yoga, sports, and dancing
- CONNECT and create through art and other free well-being activities
- Have FUN with a traditional egg hunt, tons of free giveaways, and free prize raffles
