Access to DEI portal resources thoughtfully curated by DEI experts and practitioners across the Lehigh Valley and streamlined in ways that promote progressive knowledge building.

Guaranteed access to DEI Roundtables:
Signature events designed to create brave spaces for honest and engaging dialogue on relevant and timely DEI topics between Lehigh Valley employers, community members, and educators.

Community Connections:
LINC’s DEI Portal will connect employers with local community organizations & non-profit resources to help support workforce and DEI efforts. Membership also provide you with opportunities to give back! LINC is committed to making a collective impact. Community members will have opportunities to drive DEI work across organizations other than their own

How Many DEI Resource Portal Licenses & Roundtable Seats Are Included

There are two enrollment options based on organizational size and need.
1.) Regular Subscription
$495 annually (for to organizations with 50+ employees)
• 20 initial DEI Resource Portal licenses + 1 administrator license
• Unlimited access to virtual roundtables and events
• 5 in-person participant seats for in-person events

2.) Small Employer Subscription
$99 (for organizations with 50 or fewer employees)

• 5 initial DEI Resource Portal licenses + 1 administrator license
• Unlimited access to virtual roundtables and events
• 2 in-person participant seats for in-person events

How Can I Enroll for LINC’s  DEI Community?

ARE YOU AN EMPLOYER – LOOKING TO ENROLL YOUR ORGANIZATION?
All Users Must First REGISTER For a LINC DEI Community Account. You can view more information on membership subscription options and benefits on LINC’s website , or visit dei.linc-lv.org/my-account directly to register and set your unique username and password.

Follow the instructions to enroll your employer, and activate your organization’s subscription, to begin accessing and sharing resources with your employees. *See our EMPLOYER REGISTRATION GUIDE  for  step by step instructions on how to enroll.

ARE YOU AN EMPLOYEE LOOKING TO GAIN ACCESS TO DEI RESOURCES?
An active EMPLOYER SUBSCRIPTION is required for employees to access our resources. To check your employer’s enrollment status for DEI Membership, visit dei.linc-lv.org/my-account and create a unique username and password, then REGISTER for an employee account using your employer email address.

NOTE:
If your employer has previously enrolled and activated their subscription you will be granted access and will be able to ‘LOG IN’ to the resource portal with your newly created employee username and password and begin exploring resources.

 How Do I Share Access with Employees in my Organization?

ONCE AN EMPLOYER ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CREATED & ACTIVATED, EMPLOYEES WHO REGISTER WITH THEIR EMPLOYER EMAIL WILL BE GRANTED ACCESS.

Invite your employees to join so they can began accessing DEI education and resources today! All employee users much first REGISTER for an account by visiting the account Registration Page.

You will be provided with a sample email template  on your ‘Employer Account Page’ that you can copy and paste when communicating with employees.

NOTE: As long as there are still licenses remaining [20 for all regular subscriptions, 2 for small employer subscription] employee’s will be added and linked to the corresponding employer/employee admin account.

What To Do If Your An Employee who wants to access LINC’s DEI Resources & You Are Unable to Register.

EMPLOYER ENROLLMENT AND ACTIVE EMPLOYER SUBSCRIPTION ARE REQUIRED FOR EMPLOYEES TO ACCESS OUR RESOURCES.

If you visited the Registration Page, created a unique username and password using your employer email address and received a ‘registration error’ message that indicates one of the following:

1.) Your employer has not yet enrolled in our DEI Community Membership and will need to do so before you can begin accessing resources

2.) Your Employer enrolled but their subscription has either expired, or they have no more licenses available to users because the allocation (#) of licenses that they originally purchased has been met.

*You will need to reach out to your employer and invite the admin for this account to visit the Registration/Enrollment page to activate/reactivate their subscription, or add additional licenses as needed.
