Description: This roundtable discussion will highlight the experiences of neurodivergent folks in the workplace. The discussion will explore practical accommodations employers can offer to support neurodivergent individuals, as well as effective strategies to enhance employment and retention. Discover how embracing a neurodiverse workforce can drive innovation, creativity, and productivity, fostering an inclusive environment that leverages the vast potential of all employees.

A moderated panel discussion will be followed by small group breakout sessions. Come to learn & engage!
