Instructions to Register

Registering New Employee License:

An active EMPLOYER SUBSCRIPTION is required for employees to access our resources. Follow the steps to register for your employee license and begin accessing hundreds of curated DEI resources.

  1. View our DEI Community Member List to ensure your employer’s enrollment status, visit
  2. Register for a DEI Community Account by entering your information under ‘register’ on the right-hand side of the login page (see photo below). Create a unique username and password to be sure to use your employee email address. Click on ‘register’ to complete.

NOTE: As long as there are still licenses remaining [20 for all regular subscriptions, 5 for small employer/nonprofit subscriptions] employees will be added and linked to the corresponding employer/employee admin account

Frequently Asked Questions:

I am an Employee who wants to access DEI resources, but I am unable to Register.
If you visited the Registration Page, created a unique username and password using your employer email address, and received a ‘registration error’ message that indicates one of the following:

  1. Your employer has not yet enrolled in our DEI Community Membership and will need to do so before you      can begin accessing resources
  2. Your Employer enrolled but their subscription has either expired, or they have no more licenses available to users because the allocation (#) of licenses that they originally purchased has been met.

*Please reach out to your employer and invite the admin for this account to visit the Registration/Enrollment page to activate/reactivate their subscription, or add additional licenses as needed.
